1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Social Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service. Social Hub is a marketing management platform operated by the Israeli Center for Companies (K-Next) / ITEC Israel at https://ads.itec-israel.com.
2. Description of Service
Social Hub provides tools for authorized users to manage advertising operations across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok. Features may include campaign management, performance reporting, lead handling, billing views, AI-assisted workflows, and a restricted client portal for stakeholders.
Access may be granted to agency operators, business administrators, and invited clients according to the permissions configured for each account.
3. Google Ads API Use Case & Authorization
Social Hub integrates with Google Ads through Google OAuth and the Google Ads API so that authenticated customers can manage advertising activity from this platform. The intended use of the Google Ads API in Social Hub is limited to legitimate advertising operations for the customer's own accounts or accounts the customer is authorized to manage, including:
- Connecting Google Ads accounts via OAuth with user consent
- Reading account, campaign, ad group, ad, and performance data for dashboards and reporting
- Creating and updating campaigns, budgets, and related entities when users request those actions in the product interface
- Supporting agency multi-account management and restricted client portal visibility
Social Hub does not use Google Ads API access to mine or sell advertising data, to build unrelated products for third parties without authorization, or for any purpose outside delivering Social Hub features to authenticated customers. Users remain responsible for complying with Google Ads policies, Google API Terms, and all applicable advertising regulations. Advertising spend on connected accounts remains the responsibility of the account owner / authorized payer.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for content, campaigns, and actions performed through Social Hub on accounts you manage
- You must comply with the terms and advertising policies of every connected platform
- You must have legal authority to connect and manage the accounts you authorize
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and portal links issued to your organization
- You are responsible for all advertising spend on connected accounts
5. Account Access & Revocation
By connecting advertising platforms, you authorize Social Hub to access and manage those accounts as needed to provide the service. You may revoke access at any time from Social Hub Settings or directly from the platform provider (including Google Account permissions). Revoking access may limit or disable related features.
6. Confidentiality & Data
Handling of personal and account data is described in our Privacy Policy. Customers retain ownership of their advertising account data. We process that data to deliver Social Hub and support authorized users.
7. Limitation of Liability
Social Hub is provided on an as-is basis for management and operational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITEC Israel / K-Next is not liable for advertising spend, campaign performance, policy enforcement by connected platforms, third-party outages, or losses arising from actions taken on connected accounts.
8. Suspension & Termination
You may stop using Social Hub at any time by disconnecting accounts and discontinuing access. We may suspend or terminate access for security risks, abuse, or violation of these Terms or platform policies.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Social Hub after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
