Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Poof Ads, you agree to these Terms of Service. Poof Ads is an advertising management platform operated by the Israeli Center for Companies (K-Next) / ITEC Israel at https://ads.itec-israel.com.

2. Description of Service

Poof Ads provides tools for authorized users to manage advertising operations across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads. Features may include campaign management, performance reporting, lead handling, billing views, AI-assisted workflows, and a restricted client portal for stakeholders.

Access may be granted to agency operators, business administrators, and invited clients according to the permissions configured for each account.

3. Google Ads API Use Case & Authorization

Poof Ads integrates with Google Ads through Google OAuth and the Google Ads API so that authenticated customers can manage advertising activity from this platform. The intended use of the Google Ads API in Poof Ads is limited to legitimate advertising operations for the customer's own accounts or accounts the customer is authorized to manage, including:

  • Connecting Google Ads accounts via OAuth with user consent
  • Reading account, campaign, ad group, ad, and performance data for dashboards and reporting
  • Creating and updating campaigns, budgets, and related entities when users request those actions in the product interface
  • Supporting agency multi-account management and restricted client portal visibility

Poof Ads does not use Google Ads API access to mine or sell advertising data, to build unrelated products for third parties without authorization, or for any purpose outside delivering Poof Ads features to authenticated customers. Users remain responsible for complying with Google Ads policies, Google API Terms, and all applicable advertising regulations. Advertising spend on connected accounts remains the responsibility of the account owner / authorized payer.

4. TikTok Marketing API Use Case & Authorization

Poof Ads integrates with TikTok Ads through TikTok OAuth and the TikTok Marketing / Business API so that authenticated customers can manage TikTok advertising activity from this platform. The intended use of the TikTok API in Poof Ads is limited to legitimate advertising operations for the customer's own advertiser accounts or accounts the customer is authorized to manage, including:

  • Connecting TikTok Ads advertiser accounts via OAuth with user consent
  • Reading campaign and performance data for dashboards and reporting inside Poof Ads
  • Creating and updating campaigns and related entities when users request those actions in the product interface
  • Supporting agency multi-account management and restricted client portal visibility

Poof Ads does not use TikTok API access to mine or sell advertising data, to build unrelated products for third parties without authorization, or for any purpose outside delivering Poof Ads features to authenticated customers. Users remain responsible for complying with TikTok advertising policies, TikTok Developer / API Terms, and all applicable advertising regulations.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for content, campaigns, and actions performed through Poof Ads on accounts you manage
  • You must comply with the terms and advertising policies of every connected platform
  • You must have legal authority to connect and manage the accounts you authorize
  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and portal links issued to your organization
  • You are responsible for all advertising spend on connected accounts

6. Account Access & Revocation

By connecting advertising platforms, you authorize Poof Ads to access and manage those accounts as needed to provide the service. You may revoke access at any time from Poof Ads Settings or directly from the platform provider (including Google Account and TikTok account permissions). Revoking access may limit or disable related features.

7. Confidentiality & Data

Handling of personal and account data is described in the Poof Ads Privacy Policy. Customers retain ownership of their advertising account data. We process that data to deliver Poof Ads and support authorized users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Poof Ads is provided on an as-is basis for management and operational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITEC Israel / K-Next is not liable for advertising spend, campaign performance, policy enforcement by connected platforms, third-party outages, or losses arising from actions taken on connected accounts.

9. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using Poof Ads at any time by disconnecting accounts and discontinuing access. We may suspend or terminate access for security risks, abuse, or violation of these Terms or platform policies.

10. Changes

We may update these Poof Ads Terms of Service as the product evolves. Continued use of Poof Ads after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
